About Shameka Conley – President/Owner
Shameka Conley is Founder and Owner of A.C.T.E. Bookkeeping & Income Tax Services, which is based in Riverside, CA and serves clients in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire metropolitan area and throughout the US. Versatile, meticulous, and highly qualified, Shameka is most passionate about helping clients achieve financial revenue increases by providing them with accurate accounting information, budgeting, and forecast projections.
Shameka has over 20 years of experience in overseeing accounting functions, supervising accounting staff, and managing up to $10M per year in cashflow. Some of her recent results with clients include collecting over $273,000 in unpaid invoices within 90 days for a software development company and setting up QuickBooks® for a direct reseller satellite company, finding over $300,000 in unbilled invoices. She has also implemented policies and procedures for efficient accounting practices for many other clients.

The name A.C.T.E. Bookkeeping and Income Tax Services comes from the first initial of each of the names of Shameka’s children. Prior to starting her own business, Shameka conducted internal/external audits, reviewed tax filings, developed financial reports, and maintained GAAP compliance in various accounting roles. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, vacationing with her family, and hiking.
